Russian packs grammar into word endings, moves words around freely and runs long sentences into one breath. A ninety minute lecture or a fast interview is exhausting to follow, and typing it in Cyrillic before you can even translate takes a day. EzTranscriber writes the Russian down first and then translates the whole transcript, so you can translate Russian audio with every sentence in context and keep the original line for checking.
One upload gives you the Russian transcript and the English translation, line by line.
The Russian is written in Cyrillic with punctuation and capitals, ready to quote, search or hand to a native speaker for review.
Whole sentences are translated together, so word order and case endings become normal English instead of a scrambled word list.
Every English line sits next to its Russian line with the speaker and the time, so checking a quote or a date takes one glance.
Rename Speaker 1 to Professor Volkova once and the name carries into the English and every export.
Export SRT or VTT with the original timing, ready for a Russian lecture, documentary or interview video.
Recordings are processed privately and kept only in your history, where you can delete them at any time.
This page opens with Russian as the spoken language and English as the target.
Drop an MP4, MOV or WEBM video, or an MP3, M4A or WAV recording. A direct link to a media file works too. You see the length and the credit cost before you start.
From is set to Russian and To is set to English. Pick another target if your readers need it. Sign in, and new accounts get free credits.
The result opens on the English. Switch to the Russian or the side by side view, search either language, then download TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT or VTT.
From a short news clip to a two hour lecture, the Russian and the English follow the video line by line.
Книга, книги, книгу and книгой are all "book" in English, and the ending tells you its job in the sentence. Russian can also put the object first for emphasis. A word by word tool stumbles on both, but because the whole transcript is translated together, the Russian to English voice translation reads in normal English order. Formal Вы and casual ты both become "you", and the Russian line next to it shows which one was used.
Translate Russian Audio to EnglishUniversity lectures, conference talks and documentaries often run for an hour or more. Once the transcript and the translation are ready, you can search the Russian or the English for a name, a formula or a date and jump straight to it. Click any timestamp to hear the lecturer say it. It is the fastest way to study a Russian course in English.
Transcribe a LectureExport the English as SRT or VTT with the timing of every caption kept, ready for YouTube, Premiere Pro or CapCut. For caption length controls use audio to SRT, and for any spoken video see video to text or MP4 to text.
Make English SubtitlesSpeaker labels are found in the Russian audio and kept on every English line, with the time each sentence was spoken. Rename the speakers once, and every export shows the real names.
Translate an InterviewA history lecture about the first human spaceflight. Switch between Russian, English and side by side, and click any line.
Notice how the spoken date "двенадцатого апреля тысяча девятьсот шестьдесят первого года" becomes April 12, 1961, how Юрий Гагарин becomes Yuri Gagarin, and how the long Russian sentence turns into short English ones. This is what you download as a bilingual DOCX or as English subtitles.
Six details that make Russian recordings easier to read in English.
The transcript is written in Cyrillic, as Russian is written. There is no Latin transliteration line; the English translation sits next to it instead.
Ivan Petrovich and Anna Sergeevna carry a patronymic. Names are written in English letters in the translation, so check spellings once and rename speakers.
Dates and numbers spoken in full words are written as digits in the English, which makes them easy to check against the Russian recording.
Russian from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazakhstan or Israel is recognized as Russian. Ukrainian is a separate language in the list, so pick it for Ukrainian speech.
Lectures are full of terms. The side by side view shows the original word next to its translation, so you can confirm the English term your field uses.
This is AI translation, not a certified one. For legal or immigration papers, use it as a draft and have a qualified translator sign the final text.
