Jobs are charged by the started minute, with at least one credit. A video link needs a balance of 10 credits to start and is then charged its real length. If a job fails, its credits come back.

Credits are what the AI features run on. One credit is one minute of AI transcription, and the same balance pays for translation, AI summaries, vocal and noise removal, YouTube to MIDI and AI voices. The table above shows the price of each.
New accounts get free credits to try the AI. The browser tools, such as the converters, the audio cutter, the BPM and key finder and audio to MIDI, are free with no sign-in and no limits.
Monthly plan credits last until the end of that billing month and do not roll over. Yearly plan credits are added all at once and last for the year. Credit pack credits last 12 months. You can see every expiry date in Settings > Credits.
The ones that expire first, so nothing goes to waste when you hold a plan and a credit pack at the same time.
The credits it held come back to your balance automatically. You only pay for jobs that finish.
A link needs a balance of at least 10 credits to start. When the transcript is ready, you pay its real length at one credit per minute. A link can be up to 60 minutes long.
Count the minutes you transcribe in a month, then compare them with the hours shown on each plan above. If you only need the AI now and then, a credit pack is simpler.
Yes. Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing. Your plan and its credits stay active until the period ends, and you are not charged again. To switch plans, cancel first, then pick the new one. You can buy a credit pack at any time.
No. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including partly used periods and unused credits. Please try the AI with your free credits before you buy, and cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next period.
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number. You pay the price shown on this page: in your local currency where we support it, otherwise in US dollars.
